Tecnogera’s Professional Training Campaign
The High Voltage Learning campaign brings together a series of Tecnogera’s actions aimed at enhancing the learning and knowledge of its teams.
Training is an important and continuous part of any profession. Processes change and evolve, practices also change and improve.
Therefore, a good schedule of training and qualification for your employees is relevant to Tecnogera.
In December of last year, the company launched an internal educational platform aimed at meeting this demand, providing quality training and more knowledge to those who are part of the team.
With the pandemic and reduced working hours, new courses and content were made available through the High Voltage Learning campaign.
Tecnogera is concerned with the constant evolution of its technical staff and knows that this also reflects in better services provided to our clients.

Tecnogera’s Actions for Knowledge Enhancement
Training is a great way to maintain the growth and evolution of different teams by seeking to improve task execution and understanding of the company’s processes.
Tecnogera is concerned with this culture. The internal educational platform adopted by the company consists of a complete environment for the training of its employees, with management of hours and training by sector.
The Tecnogera University, as it is called, is an environment that can deliver more features and a suitable place for carrying out these practices.
Another important point when launching an internal educational platform is to promote informative campaigns about this company action.
The change in organizational culture also involves promoting these opportunities, enhancing training, and managing the knowledge of its employees.
The Internal Training Campaign
Started in June, the internal campaign integrates the actions of Tecnogera University itself with the aim of offering more ways and options for training employees and encouraging them to participate.
The coronavirus pandemic brought an unforeseen scenario in the country and the world, demonstrating the importance of taking necessary care in contact and reducing people’s movement.
As the new social distancing rules also impacted the reduction of working hours for some teams, Tecnogera showed resilience and business health by taking advantage of the moment to boost the qualification of its team.
Tecnogera Working to Encourage Employee Training
The processes, projects, and training team saw the opportunity to invest efforts in employee training, demonstrating the potential of Tecnogera University.
By seeking partnerships with platforms that could serve the operational public and administrative areas, the time spent on course development was significantly reduced, allowing for more efficient delivery of more options.
Another important point worth highlighting is the availability of online courses completely free of charge for employees.
The idea aims to meet the demand with the necessary support for conducting targeted courses and even other topics, according to each person’s interest.
And more: some in-person courses were adapted to the online format, improving access and further increasing usage by the internal audience.
This type of action helped standardize the processes and methods used in different projects. Some examples are:
- The use of the PDCA tool (Plan, Do, Check, and Act) for project planning and execution;
- Maintenance costs on equipment and best practices;
- Release of generators for the operational team to perform some activities.
The Call for High Voltage Learning!
July arrived with even more engagement and interaction from employees and the tools to encourage learning and training offered by Tecnogera.
The call for High Voltage Learning offered a great way to connect the Tecnogera family, directing the internal atmosphere towards knowledge evolution.
In 20 days of the campaign, Tecnogera University has already achieved important numbers:
- 73 employees participated in some type of training or qualification;
- These 73 employees were responsible for completing 174 courses in operational areas, financial modalities, marketing, IT, management, among others;
- And the best part: a total of 2,166.5 hours of training were completed – a very important number for the entire company.
Continuous Training and Evolution
Having a schedule and managing knowledge is an important step in ensuring the evolution of employees and maintaining quality in service execution.
Tecnogera is committed to providing an environment conducive to training and qualification.
The generator rental service goes far beyond providing the equipment to the client. Having a team that knows and executes the procedures correctly makes the difference!
In this way, professionals perform their work with more confidence, understand what is being done, and have the satisfaction of delivering a quality service to the client.
Another important point is to foster an environment of growth throughout the company, showing the business’s concern with professional development as well.
Employees feel more valued when they see that the company also takes actions to ensure they learn more and add more value to the service provided.
The rental of generators is a task that requires constant attention, and for the end customer, the expectation is a service of excellence that ensures their business continues to operate fully.
Thus, actions like those of the Tecnogera University make a difference when it comes to maintaining a team of quality professionals.
