Natural gas is a fossil fuel formed from the decomposition of organic materials that have accumulated over thousands of years. Exploration and processing of natural gas
Natural gas reservoirs consist of porous rocks capable of retaining oil and gas. After the discovery of a reservoir, several wells are drilled to map the reservoir and capture the gas. All the captured gas is processed, transported, and distributed among consumers.
