BESS
The integration of two main business fronts to create a solution that contributes to a just energy transition. Temporary power generation, powered by lithium-ion batteries initially used in electric aerial platforms, brings innovation to the market and extends the lifespan of batteries that would otherwise be discarded after use.
The grand debut of BESS took place at the 28th Tiradentes Film Festival in Minas Gerais, gathering experts and figures from the cinematic world, as well as people from all over Brazil, to celebrate and watch the films.
Nearly 700 Employees Nationwide
In 2024, to meet the demands of all branches, we reached nearly 700 employees, spread across more than 15 branches in Brazil. Additionally, we strengthened segmented operations such as Offshore, contributing to the growth of the segment in states like Rio de Janeiro.

Brand Repositioning
One of our major milestones in 2024 was the brand repositioning, updating our tone of voice, internal and external communication structure, and working on visual elements updates, including the brand logo. These and other updates reinforced our essence of bringing “energy in motion,” as a fundamental point for both product composition and sharing human strength.
The Largest Hybrid Aerial Platform in Latin America
Reaching 51 meters high, Tecnogera invested in the largest hybrid aerial platform to serve clients who prioritize safety and agility in meeting their demands. The equipment reaches a height equivalent to a 16-story building, allowing safe high-altitude work.

In 2024, we at Tecnogera kept our energy in motion for 366 days. We logged 8,784 hours in operation, with entire teams dedicated to ensuring the functioning of thousands of companies.
