Bloomberg, through its energy sector analysis arm, Bloomberg New Energy, released a study indicating a significant drop in wind and solar energy costs in the coming decades.

According to the study, this trend is expected to accelerate the adoption of renewable sources.

Researchers predict that solar energy costs will plummet by more than 60%, while onshore wind, produced on land, will decrease by around 70%.

Together, they will represent 48% of installed capacity and 34% of total global electricity generation.

The optimistic projections are already reflected in the volume of resources expected for the sector’s development.

By 2040, $7.4 trillion in investments are anticipated for the construction of new renewable energy plants and $10.2 trillion for power generation worldwide.

The positive outlook also signals favorable times for the temporary power sector, which is essential during plant construction, especially in commissioning.

In this phase, besides the use of generators, which enable the operation of the construction site and power all the machinery used, another piece of equipment is crucial.

Load banks are responsible for the continuous power supply and prevent failures in the activation of the generators installed on-site.

Tecnogera, with over ten years in the temporary power solutions market, boasts the newest equipment fleet in the country.

Additionally, the company conducts preventive maintenance on its load banks and all provided items, performing a multitude of preventive and performance tests.

This procedure ensures greater safety and credibility throughout the process.
