Certain industrial sectors, like pharmaceuticals, have continuous processes with ongoing climate control needs. In these cases, even with strict maintenance schedules, plant shutdowns are sometimes necessary for planned interventions.
This was the scenario for a pharmaceutical company that turned to Tecnogera’s comprehensive climate control solution to maintain some of its processes during a scheduled maintenance shutdown. The plant’s chilled water system would be offline for 45 days, but some processes could not be disrupted by this production halt.
SOLUTION TECNOGERA
To address this, a customized temporary central water solution was provided to meet 250TR, consisting of two redundant systems due to the critical nature of the process. This was aligned with the plant’s available energy capacity for the period. Thanks to Tecnogera’s fleet’s superior energy efficiency, the complete system was installed and integrated with the client’s existing hydraulic and electrical connections.
