NEED OF THE CLIENT
The client had an inefficient climate control system with chronic maintenance issues, which was not meeting the required thermal load. Consequently, they received frequent complaints from customers due to the high temperature in the store, leading to reduced foot traffic and revenue.
It was determined that an update or replacement with a more efficient climate control system suitable for the store’s demand was necessary. After some assessments, it was found that a significant investment would be required, which was not feasible at that time.
SOLUTION TECNOGERA
Offer the new project, necessary equipment, installation, and adaptation of the climate control system through the BOT model. This approach was developed with the strong appeal that there would be no total decapitalization at the time of installation, with the investment spread over the entire contract.
The proposed solution was the installation of four 170TR Chillers, seven 85TR Fan Coil Units, and one 50TR Fan Coil Unit, installation of the hydraulic system (pumps and hydraulic network), and adaptation of existing ducts for air distribution throughout the store, along with preventive and corrective maintenance during the 8-year contract term, with asset transfer at the end.
